- Maturity assessment submission data: email address, company name, full name (optional), questionnaire answers, and calculated score when submitted.
- Anti-abuse data: reCAPTCHA token and related risk checks to help prevent spam and automated abuse.
- Technical request metadata: origin/referrer validation data and standard server request metadata required for security and operations.
- Preference data: theme preference stored in your browser local storage under
sn-theme.
How We Use Data
We use personal data to respond to requests, provide audit results, operate the website, prevent abuse, and maintain service security and reliability.

- Resend for transactional email delivery of contact and assessment messages.
- Google reCAPTCHA for bot and abuse protection on form submissions.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare) to run and secure the website.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) designed to protect personal data.

We do not currently use first-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Third-party anti-abuse technologies (such as reCAPTCHA) may set their own cookies or collect device/browser signals. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service . We also store your selected UI theme in local storage.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
- Contact inquiries: typically up to 24 months from the last relevant interaction.
- Maturity assessment submissions: typically up to 36 months for follow-up and service planning.
- Security and anti-abuse data: retained only for as long as needed to detect and prevent misuse.
- Theme preference (
sn-theme): kept in your browser until you clear local storage or change preference.
